Sardhar Bhasha Pattan is an accomplished education leader with 15 years of experience in the education sector, specializing in the establishment, growth, and quality enhancement of K–12 institutions across India.
He holds a Master’s degree from England in Quality Management and Project Management, and brings international best practices, strong governance frameworks, and process-driven excellence into school operations.
Over the years, he has contributed to the successful setup and development of more than 70+ schools nationwide, supporting institutions from the planning stage through execution, launch, and stabilization. His experience spans academic systems, infrastructure readiness, compliance, team building, and operational leadership.

Ms. Sudheshna Manchikanti serves as the Head of School at Woodrock World School and brings over a decade of experience in school operations and academic administration. With a strong understanding of institutional management, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, effective, and student-focused functioning of the school.
Her expertise spans school operations, academic coordination, staff management, parent engagement, and policy implementation, ensuring that educational excellence is supported by strong systems and processes. Ms. Sudheshna works closely with leadership teams to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and overall school experience.
